About Us

Our team brings together over 30 years of combined professional experience in urban planning, landscape design, and community engagement, developed through diverse roles in local government. Our principals have held progressively senior positions including Senior Statutory Planner, Strategic Planner, Principal Growth Area Planner, Coastal Planner, Urban Designer, and Landscape Architect, providing us with a comprehensive understanding of complex planning systems and design outcomes.

We have extensive experience overseeing major infrastructure and landscape projects across growth areas and established communities. This includes the approval and design of landscape projects such as wetlands, streetscapes, local parks, and constructed waterways; processing significant planning permit applications for subdivision and development; and chairing design review processes for large and controversial applications. Our strategic work spans township planning and structure plan implementation—including the Frankston Metropolitan Activity Structure Plan and township plans for Rye, Rosebud, and Hastings—as well as preparing illustrative design guidelines for sensitive coastal and creek environments.

A key strength of our practice is our ability to move concepts from vision to delivery. We have successfully progressed multiple concept plans through to completion, including Napier Street Plaza, O'Toole and Fisherman's Lane, and various parklet and outdoor dining programs. Our experience extends to providing strategic oversight on major infrastructure projects and hosting public forums for large-scale initiatives. This combination of landscape and urban design expertise, planning knowledge, and strong community engagement capabilities ensures we understand the full complexity of each project and can navigate the challenges involved to deliver the outcomes our clients need.
