GET STARTED

STAGE 1: ON-BOARDING

We begin by understanding your vision, budget, and landscape goals through a detailed client questionnaire. We then conduct a comprehensive site inspection to assess opportunities and constraints—including sunlight/shade patterns, drainage, focal points, and privacy requirements. We also perform a soil test and create an initial flow bubble plan to map spatial relationships.

STAGE 3: CONCEPT PLAN

We bring together all previous work into a comprehensive Concept Plan that includes resolved material selections and a detailed plant schedule (no quantities at this stage). Any known arboricultural information is also included on this plan. This represents our standard deliverable and typically takes 4 weeks to reach this stage, and costs typically start at $3,500 (inclusive of all previous stages).

STAGE 4: CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS (OPTIONAL)

For clients moving toward implementation, we prepare detailed construction documents including plant quantities, material specifications, sectional details, and technical drawings. This information will include all construction detail for landscape construction and will allow for accurate landscape construction quotation and will allow you to accurately conceptualise your project prior to installation.

We can also provide 3D renders for an additional fee.

It takes approximately 8 weeks to reach this stage and costs typicall starts at $6,500 (inclusive of all previous stages).
